My flight was delayed for over 7 hours. On the Shuttle Direct voucher it stated that for delays of up to 3 hours, the driver would wait and it would be free. For longer delays you would need to pay an extra fee. This was a blatant lie as the company advised me they couldn’t accommodate the delay and expected me to pay for a new transfer. I caught a taxi instead. When I wrote to their customer service for a refund / compensation they told me there was no refund policy and for me to claim travel insurance. This wasn’t good enough. Just trust that there will be a taxi at the airport.
