It seemed a bit confusing for us, to have a car pick up to a water taxi, but it was absolutely perfect! The water taxis are amazing, and it was a huge thrill (luxury!) for everyone. At first, it "seemed" expensive... but we are six people. Then I realized that transportation in Venice just is what it is and we felt that we received incredible value for our money. Everyone was on time (early), super friendly and efficient!

Mr S from United KingdomExcellent Service. Competitive Price. Immediately got back to me when I accidentally entered the wrong arrival time of my flight. Just prior to my trip they responded back to me immediately when my flight arrival time was changed by the airline. Only complaint was that I received a very poor exchange rate when paying in GBP.
We were met on arrival at Venice Airport and swiftly escorted to the executive car transport to Venice. Then by executive river taxi along The Grand Canal and across to the Hotel Cipriani on La Giudecca. Easy and completely hassle free - taking out all of the stress of worrying how to get to the hotel with lots of baggage from the airport.

It did however say that if there were any problems they would call us. It would have been good if they had left a message on our mobile to say that they couldn't wait any longer.

The transfer to the hotel from the airport was excellent and prompt, however the return journey to the airport was stressful as the water taxi was late. This lead to me needing to ask the concierge at the Hilton to call someone at the water taxi company. We did arrive on time in the end but only with 20 minutes to spare, this was my only concern when booking so was slightly disappointing.
