Mr. G from NetherlandsDe service was perfect. De communicatie verliep nogal stroef. Met name de terug reis is minstens 5 keer veranderd. Omdat niet begrepen werd dat ik 13 augustus aan kwam in Milazzo en de 14de pas verder reisde vanaf Catania airport.
Ik vind verplichte velden heel erg vervelend!!!!!!!!!!

Mr F from South AfricaClear and easy to use. Could be improved by making it possible to specify the pick up time when it is not related to a flight time. We were arriving by Ferry and then transferring to an airport, so the system allocated incorrect time based on the flight we were transferring to. I had to then email to request a change.
Fantastic - driver was waiting for us at the Ferry terminal with clearly marked sign so we could easily find him and got on our way right away. Really easy and well organised.
