Our driver stayed and told us not to worry he would be there when we got out of baggage claim and he was there with a smile on his face. I cannot thank Shuttle Direct enough for a great experience in the Rome airport.

Driver waiting at the airport. Driver took our luggage to the car which was very comfortable and clean. On our return to the airport the driver arrived nearly 30 mins early but we were told not to hurry. First class service.
