Mr M from AustraliaOur Rome hotel called to confirm the pick up time & the driver was there within 10 mins of the time given which was good. Driver was pleasant & helped us with our bags. My only suggestion would be for the company to give you a pick up time or leave a message at your hotel with the time - I don't think travellers should have to call to confirm a pick up time.

Mr M from United KingdomHad a short wait at Rome Fiumicino Airport for the taxi which was a minibus as advertised, the taxi dropped people off at three other hotels and then ours, there was no hassle and the driver was polite and helpful, on the return journey to Rome Fiumicino Airport same again a minibus and a very polite driver, remember you are in a different country and the driver may or may not fully understand your language, but will get you to your destination
