The driver was waiting for us as expected. He was very friendly and insisted on taking our bags. He went out of his way to get us to the front of the hotel. Wouldn't hesitate to use the service again!

Driver was not waiting at arrivals as promised, had to phone the emergency number to be told where to meet the driver. Transfer was on time and busses were of high quality. Bus driver spent a lot of time on the phone during the return trip without using a handsfree kit which is very dangerous and was quite concerning.
