Mr M from United Kingdom100 per cent reliable in my experience. Slightl wait at Verona airport but this was due to our early arrival. However, I received a prompt phone call from the service provider keeping me informed and the driver arrived on schedule.

Ms M from United KingdomWe thought the service was outstanding. The driver was waiting for us just outside of the arrivals area with our name on an IPad so it was quite visible. He was well mannered and didn't mind me practicing my Italian on him! :) he took my bag and showed us to his very clean, new Mercedes van. When we arrived at our apartment he got out to check to make sure it was the right one and even rang the owner of the apartment to meet us, luckily she was just around the corner. Amazing service and would highly recommend them. Many thanks

Although our plane was late in arriving at Verona ( almost an hour ) our driver was waiting for us and was polite, courteous and helpful with all our bags. He took us straight to our hotel and although the front door was locked he contacted the owner and stayed with us until we were able to get in. Similarly on the return journey with a different driver the standard of service was exactly the same.
