Mr M from MaltaI had booked a direct transfer. But upon pickup the driver told us he was only in charge of a first leg of the whole trip. For the second leg (making this a split transfer!) there would be a colleague of his waiting for us. That second driver never showed, leaving us and our luggage stranded at 1.15am in a remote place with no transport options available (no taxi, no bus, etc). A truly unpleasant experience! Needless to say phone calls to an emergency mobile no. provided were not answered. Therefore I demand a refund for the service we did not receive. And I strongly recommend you terminate your collaboration with that inapt taxi company with immediate effect in order not to create more irate and dissatisfied customers like us. Thank you for nothing.
