Waiting at the airport for you. Polite and respectful. Make sure the return transfer allows you plenty of time to check in, I phoned the office to change our pick up time and it was no problem even though it was at 4am. Will use these guys again...

I must try several times to find and put the right stuf in the form to have finally the reservation and when the reservation is done : the pdf file for the confirmation is not ok (the links in the email and on the website doens't work.
The two taxi women are really correct. My plane are delayed for more than 60 minutes but the two taxi drivers are there when I'm finally arrived in Malta. Sorry for my bad english it's not my mother tongue. The service was excellent. :-)

Service was very good, the driver was waiting at the airport as expected, the trip to the ferry port was slightly frightening, the driver drove rather fast and was on his hand held mobile phone 3 times. He was friendly and gave several suggestions of things to do. The driver from the ferry was very good, friendly and helpful, and took us right to the apartment door without any hesitation.

Ms B from BelgiumLors de la commande en ligne, la possibilité de choisir soi-même l'heure du transfert vers l'aéroport est difficile. Lorsque l'on introduit l'heure de départ de l'avion et le nom de la compagnie, l'heure du transfert est imposée et la changer relève de l'exploit.
C'est pourtant assez important de pouvoir choisir soi-même l'heure et de pouvoir le faire facilement surtout lorsque l'on désire pouvoir prendre une marge de sécurité pour ne pas rater son avion.
Efficaces, ponctuels et souriants : que demander de plus :-)

Trotz Corona Storno muss mann 10€ bezahlen. Das verstößt gegen EU Recht aber wegen 10€ klagt man nicht.

Mr M from Hong KongI had booked them for a transfer from Malta airport to Gozo. My booking was confirmed and my card was charged. Shuttledirect uses local companies to arrange transport for you. When I reached the airport the local transfer service was not there. After calling several times and a long wait the local company confirmed that they had not received any booking from shuttledirect and my booking is void. Then I had no option left but to take an expensive airport cab out due to lack of options at the Malta airport. I also missed a ferry because of the delay. I wasted a lot of time and money because of shuttledirec's poor logistics. I am not even sure if they will refund me my booked fare.
