Always prompt and will phone you if they are struggling to find our property. (it is difficult to find - (perhaps have an option on the address section online to write notes for the drivers?). The drivers are generally very friendly and helpful too.

Generally the level of customer service is excellent - always on time, friendly, helpful etc.
Unfortunately, for the first time, on our return journey MLA Airport to Mellieha, the driver was not there on time (or if he was, he wasn't easily visible i.e. holding up the name card in the Arrivals Hall), so we had to call to find out where he was - this was promptly sorted out though. However, the driver wasn't like the usual drivers we've had from this garage used by Shuttle Direct - not quite the level of customer service we are use to from them. This may have been due to it being Easter Sunday. :o(
