Mr M from RussiaThis is the worst experience I have ever had in transfers. Our plane landed in time (Moscow - Amsterdam), we got our baggage in 20 minutes, and... Nobody waited us in the meeting point. For better flavour, I was with my wife, 5 y.o. son, cat, and 5 suitcases. I started to call to phone numbers that were pointed in voucher, and... They do not work. "Number you are calling does not work". I started to call to number shown on the website - it is Spanish number there, and .... No way, because "your call is outside working hours". Eventually, we took airport taxi (it was a challenge to find big car), and spent 180 additional euro to commute to Rotterdam. Now I will declare the fraud from the shuttledirect to Mastercard, and will try to return my money back. Finally, when I already came to Rotterdam (>2 hours after , Shuttle Direct's driver sent me whatsapp that he is waiting for me. When I replied with all the fury, he said something like "sorry, usually flights from Russia are 1 hours late". He proposed me free service when I go back from Netherlands... Dear Shuttle Direct. I want my money back. I am attaching my voucher. If you need, I will add the screen of whatsapp - it is all clear there.
