The only advice would be to buy a ticket before you leave home rather than trying to do it just before you need it!

Ms M from IrelandI gave only four stars because the instructions for locating the driver on arrival at Faro airport were not very clear and it took some time for us to locate the "office" which is outside the building this is probably due to the fact that Faro Airport is undergoing major construction works. Other than that the service was excellent and the pick up for our return was prompt and pleasant.
The price is very competitive, the comfort of being picked up and dropped off without any hassle is great. We have used Shuttle Direct a few times and would highly recommend them.

1468049341 - Their was no one to meet us at the airport, and the instructions in the voucher are not correct and you have to go outside of the airport to find the Greenbus stand which is very poorly signposted with the shuttlebus sign. However once we found it after asking other transfer companies, the driver was great.
