Produkt : Der Fahrer war sehr pünktlich und nett. Der Bus war bis auf den letzten Platz ausgebucht, dadurch hatten die beiden Fahrgäste auf der Vorderbank kaum Platz. Für den Rest der Fahrgäste war es ok. Sehr schön war, dass der Fahrer einen Kindersitz und eine Babyschale dabei hatte, so konnte er ein Baby mitnehmen, das als Person angemeldet war.

Faro office repeatedly failed to confirm acceptance of confirmation of return journeys within office hours made via the website. If I ever need to make bookings again through this provider, this comment provides pre-notification of existing mobility issues that require special handling. Also, if a return journey involving the Faro office is booked in future, the return journey is confirmed unless notice to contrary is provided by the cardholder who initiated the transaction.
The outward journey by bus was acceptable. The return journey deserves special mention. From our POV the driver was fast, but did not compromise safety at any stage (rather like my driving). I imagine that he is probably one of the best private drivers that you have available, so it may be in your interests to reward him sufficiently to avoid burnout.
