Mr j from United Kingdombooking on the way out was simple; booking the pick-up was less so. using Google Chrome (rather than Explorer) it was not clear that the date should be entered year first. it was not clear that the office was only open M-Fri and there was no easy link to ask a question. these problems were not insurmountable but the site could easily incorporate a bit more info making the booking easier.
great service: charming drivers, nice coach, on time and door to door. we have already championed the service to friends.

Everything great, only small issue was we were picked up 1 hour to early from resort to airport, therefore arrived at airport far to early to check in bags.

Had to wait in Faro airport for 45 minutes for transfer and the driver did not know where he was going on the outward journey. Return journey however excellent, arrived at time specified and very efficient, friendly driver.

We had to wait 20 minutes for the driver taking us from the airport to the hotel, despite him being at the desk talking to the staff! However, we had a different driver on the way back from the hotel to the airport and he was excellent. He was on time and very helpful.

Ms M from IrelandI only left 1 star because I couldn’t leave minus stars. Such a ridiculous “service”. Use jet2holidays, pay a couple of euro extra and have a much superior service. Start your holiday right and don’t waste a full day in the airport waiting for a transfer!!

When I called up, the woman at the other end of the phone was highly unapologetic and told me the driver would be with me in 5-10 minutes, 20 minutes later he had still not arrived.

I run a successful travel blog and am very tempted to advise people not to use this company.
I would like a full refund of my journey as I feel this would slightly improve my view on the morals and integrity of shuttle direct.

Had to wait for over an hour from 23.00 until 00.10 to get on a shuttle bus with a six my six year old daughter. The girl organising transfers just kept saying we are waiting on two people, who never turned up. Very disapointing service, wont be using them again.
