Ms L from South AfricaEverything went according to plan, the only suggestion I would make is maybe to send the customer an sms 24 or 12 hours before the scheduled pick up to confirm the pick up, this will set the customers mind at ease that everything is still confirmed with the transfer.
Very happy with our transfer, they were waiting for us at the airport and then we were transferred in a beautiful, new and spotlessly clean Mercedes. Driver was very professional and friendly. Would definitely use Shuttle Direct again.
