Ms C from South AfricaIt was difficult to contact Shuttle Direct after hours for a last minute change of collection time. We had to contact the local transport company directly which resulted in us having no written confirmation of the change. It all worked out luckily but I would have been more confident having the changes made confirmed in writing especially with the language difference.
