Ms P from United KingdomThe only problem is getting in touch with the transfer company to arrange a pick-up. Phoning a local number in e.g. Turkey is horrendously expensive and in any case the numbers provided by Shuttle Direct produced no response at all, and neither did emailing them. There needs to be some back-up scheme for this situation - perhaps a whatsapp to Shuttle Direct, or even a quick-response email (NOT a 48 hour one). One cannot always rely on a helpful hotelier to sort out the problem.
But see my comments above - there MUST be a more efficient way to arrange pick-up times. Why can't this be done when we first book?
