Firstly I booked the small speedy shuttle bus, it was available from airport to hotel, but from hotel to airport they sent the big bus (50 seats).
Secondly they mention on the voucher that I have to call and confirm the time from hotel to airport, when I called 1 day before departure; Mr. Haroon answered exactly as follows:

It's ok, if you don't want the customers to call you, why you put your number? Why you didn't mention o. The voucher that this is emergency number? Actually why I have to call and confirm after I entered all my flight details when I booked online?!

The tranfser was not to pick up us. One hour later one of there college called us, and say we have to travel with a taxi, and later the company will pay it back. Now we searchig the e-mail adtess to have the contact with the company.

Produkt : Ich habe das Untrnehmen zum erstem mal benutz und noch in der Turkei aber trotzt meine Befrüchtungen alls war OK.Das Auto ist pünktlich gekommen und Fahrer war freundlich,Preis im vergleich zu Taxi im hotel war ca 40% günstiger.Ich bin zufriden und in Zukunft buche wider bei Shutlledireckt!!

Arrived almost 1,5 hours later. Hotline of the trasfer company is terrible, they don't know when bus comes. Arrived in aiport 15 minutes before gate closing. Was very stressful and had to pay 30 euros to cell phone company inrouming, since had to call the company many times

Did not turn up and I had to call the company costing me £1.40 per min! Then car was not as specified, had no booster seats for my young children! Didn't even have working seat belts and that was both ways. Will never recommend or use you again.
