    Produkt : Wir wurden von sehr höflich auftretenden Mitarbeitern / Fahrern in Anzügen abgeholt. Sie waren sehr pünktlich, haben Türen aufgehalten und waren trotz extremen Verkehr in London nicht gestresst. Ihren Service nehmen wir gerne wieder in anspruch!

    We booked the service from Gatwick airport to the apartment in Fulham, even when we indicated the number of flight and we arrive on time, we had to wait about 20 minutes because the driver arrived late. They do not give you another option just call them by phone and many times tourist don't want to make phone calls in other countries because it is more expensive.
    Despite the delay, the driver was very kind and he left us at the apartment.
    The following day we realized that we forgot some sunglasses inside the car and we called the driver, he found it and he proposed to give us back the day of the return, what was really generous and gentle.
    That last day another driver picked us up on time, even a few minutes before the time accorded, but, traffic in London was completely interrupted because there were a race in the city, after one hour driving around Fulham, the driver couldn't get the highway to the airport and finally, we were afraid of loss our flight so, we suggested to the driver to leave us at Victoria station to get the Gatwick express train. Finally he admitted traffic was caothic, he could not guarantee to be at the airport on time and we had to drop off the van, buy tickets for the train and run quickly through the airport not to miss our flight. Everything was very stressful and disgusting. I do not recommend this service and I won't book again anymore.

    We paid the service previously while we booked online but the day of return, the driver couldn't finish the trip, so he left us at Victoria station where we have to pay again for train tickets. That meant that price was double than we had planned.
