The driver was waiting for us at the airport despite the flight arriving half an hour earlier. The driver was friendly and kind. He made the long drive enjoyable and fun. After I made an inquiry over the process with the company's customer service, the staff promptly responded to all my inquiries and refunded me (except the fee-for-service which is minimal 10 euro). The whole process was very smooth and direct.The only catch is that the cancellation has to be made 48 hours before the trip -I feel that it could be reduced to 24 hours before the trip-, something to consider maybe in the future...
