    Our flight was delayed by more than an hour but our driver was at arrivals with my name clearly displayed on his phone. Very pleasant trip to our apartment and very helpful with our luggage. On our return Journey the same driver arrived in good time just we were exiting our apartment and trying to drag our luggage down the stairs. The driver came in and took it upon himself to bring our cases down the stairs, to the minibus. I was very grateful for the assistance. This was above and beyond.
    The vehicle was modern and extremely comfortable. This was my first time using shuttle direct but I would not hesitate to use this company again or to recommend to friends.

    Always use Shuttle Direct whenever we travel. Never ever had an issue with them. Drivers courteous and helpful and always on time. Would not use anyone else.

    This was my first holiday since the Pandemic and I was really looking forward to it. I had heard about Shuttle direct from my Sister who had used the service before. We booked and were pleasantly surprised. We were picked up on time from the airport and brought straight to the Hotel where we had a lovely time. The communication from Shuttle direct was excellent and we were picked up for the return trip 10 days later as arranged. I would highly recommend this service to anyone as it is reliable and easy to book.

    Shuttle service was great. Our driver was waiting for us at the airport, with only a short walk to the taxi. Return journey was very prompt on arrival time. Very pleased and lovely staff. Will definitely use this service and company again.
