    when we arrived at Lanzerote Airport .Luggage was fast the driver was waiting for us and drove us to our apartment. All very good..Going home our driver was early which is great then to airport..Excellent service..Will definately use this service again

    Waiting with a placard as we come through customs, took suitcase to minibus and drove us safely to our hotel.

    The driver was there waiting at the airport- transfer was good . I changed the time of the return collection by email and the time was amended to my request. The driver to up at the amended time . All good

    First time to use shuttle direct in Lanzarote, I have to say the booking Was very simple and when we arrived our driver was waiting for us in Arrivals. The bus was perfect size for 7 of us and very clean and modern.
    Pick up our driver arrived almost to the minute of the Pick up time, again bus was perfect size and very clean.
    Both drivers were very nice and helpful.
    Highly recommend using Shuttle direct.
