Except for today when the driver sat in his seat and left the passengers to get their cases and a wheelchair from the hold of the bus, The old lady with the wheelchair was very stressed and missed the usual help and friendliness of the bus driver. Every one was speaking about the drivers attitude to the passengers. Thanks
