Booking and Pre-arrival procedure good. Check-in desk on arrival good. Waiting time for the bus was about 20 minutes so ok. Drop-off point good. Return journey info good. Return pick up prompt, so also good. Staff very pleasant and a reasonable price. Good all round experience and we will use them again.

Voucher advised to go to Desk 8 in Arrivals Hall where a very pleasant lady showed me where to find the transport. Short walk to bus (I was one of the first to board. Driver stowed my suitcase, a wait of about 30 minutes for bus to fill up then to sprawling main resort and on to El Cotillo. Fast, easy, efficient and CHEAP, and no, I’m not on commission!
