The service was very good and punctual in a very nic car. We had to change our booking because of the security problem at Luton Airport and did not arrive until the next day and our plane landed about an hour and a half late but was pleased to see that the driver was there to meet us. A good service and I even recommended Shuttle Direct to another guest at our hotel!

Minivan for 13 people, enough space for all luggage. Driver and a representative from Shuttledirect drove ut safely from Airport to Platja d'Aro. We will use Shuttledirect next time we visit!

Ms s from United KingdomOne small issue is that the final check out bit was a bit vague, and it was difficult to tell if we have booked or not. The email we received was blank and the attachment wouldn't open. But we managed to call Shuttledirect in the UK and confirm our booking. We also couldn't print the voucher as we were on holiday BUT we took a screen print on our phone and showed that to the driver which solved that problem.
The car was a clean and modern Mercedes and the driver was polite and arrived promptly to collect us and got us to the airport quicker than anyone else had. Excellent service at an excellent price of £42.70 one way. Which is a fixed price as opposed to paying about 60 euros via a metered taxi. Would definately rate as a great service too and from the airport. Thank You.
