Hr. K from GermanyWegen eines Unwetters auf den Balearen kam es auf dem Hinflug zu einer 3stündigen Flugverspätung mit Ankunft mitten in der Nacht. Trotzdem gelang es dem Shuttle-Service den ziemlich genervten Passagiere Busse mit Fahrern zuzuordnen und den Transfer zum Hotel vorzunehmen. Alles ging ruhig und problemlos vonstatten, alle Achtung!

Mr J from United KingdomWe arrived at Palma airport and followed the instructions sent to us by email they had very friendly staff they gave us a ticket with a number read the notice board and we’re on the bus within 4 minutes of going to the desk the bus left within 5 minutes and we’re in the resort and the hotel in 35min and on the return I got an email 2days before departure and was there on time great value for money
