The retour was perfect. And the service is perfect anywhere, I use their services all the time when I travel.

Example: expiry date mm/yy means a card will be expired only in the end of mm, but the system will say card expired if already in month mm. Otherwise many false "authorization failures".

Although the paperwork says that they wait for passengers for a maximum of 1 hr after the pick up time before they leave, we waited for almost two hours cos two other passengers that should have been on our shuttle apparently lost their baggage, so we had to wait for them for While. Other than that, the booking process was straightforward

Ms L from Maltatoo many people involved in the same booking, which led to misunderstanding in timings during the time leading up to the actual date. I needed the time changed for pick up and one person said this and another said that.
The voucher stated that a person would be at the airport with a sign with our name on it. This turned out to be untrue. We had to ask someone behind a desk where the driver would be, he answered that a representative of the company would be with us to assist, we just had to wait. The representative came, looked at the paper (did not even know we were arriving) and brought us to the first available taxi. We could have taken the taxi ourselves and probably even paid less!!
