Example: expiry date mm/yy means a card will be expired only in the end of mm, but the system will say card expired if already in month mm. Otherwise many false "authorization failures".

Ms L from Maltatoo many people involved in the same booking, which led to misunderstanding in timings during the time leading up to the actual date. I needed the time changed for pick up and one person said this and another said that.
The voucher stated that a person would be at the airport with a sign with our name on it. This turned out to be untrue. We had to ask someone behind a desk where the driver would be, he answered that a representative of the company would be with us to assist, we just had to wait. The representative came, looked at the paper (did not even know we were arriving) and brought us to the first available taxi. We could have taken the taxi ourselves and probably even paid less!!
