    Carlos contacted a couple of times but initially I couldn’t answer as was at security. He tried again, as I was waiting for my bag. Introduced himself and kept me informed that he would be there in minutes, which he was with a big welcoming smile. A very courteous gent who gave information about the area, hotel etc en route to my chosen hotel. My return driver was very nice too (sorry can’t remember his name)

    our flight was delayed but the driver was there and called me to say so as we came through the airport, so I was reassured our ride was going to be there. And on the return we had a call in advance and so knew the exact time and location for our drive back. And was in a Merc :-)

    The pickup at Alicante airport was perfect dropped off right outside the door of the hotel, the return pickup was on time and both drivers were very helpful and friendly would definitely recommend Shuttle Direct and would use them again

    The driver was waiting for me although the flight arrived a little earlier than anticipated. He was very helpful and we had an enjoyable chat on the way to my destination. He also ran after me with a bag I had mistakenly left in the car when I got out at my destination. Full marks to him.
