    The service was really great, the drivers came on time as it says on the voucher. However, they charge children the same rate as adults, they should be rated as free or at least half price.

    I didn't read my confirmation properly and therefore didn't print out my voucher before my journey. This created a lot of hassle at the end of a very good journey. Somehow it would be helpful if this information could be displayed more prominently, for instance at the start of the e-mail.

    Booking was easy, minor issue with having to go back and correct the arrival time due to it being manipulated from 9:15 to 0:15 as we progressed through the booking.

    Driver was waiting for us right outside of the customs exit and took our bags immediately, very friendly and spoke enough English to get by, said that he preferred French or Italian, but it was still just fine. Much easier than having to go wait for a taxi during the rain!

    Website could have been a little clearer but I emailed my question instead and was given directions to the information I required.

    The driver met us with a sign and helped with the bags.

    He spoke very little English but was polite and dropped us off right at our hotel door.
