If your flight is delayed, diverted or you miss a connection, the policy for an airport pickup service is as follows. If you've booked a private car with a driver, delays of up to three hours are included. If the delay is expected to be longer, you must contact us to request that the vehicle waits. If this is necessary an additional fee is required in advance. In the case of a shared shuttle or public transport you'll be allowed to get on the next available service with your booking confirmation.
