    We were met at the entrance to the station by Sylvie, who was very friendly in welcoming us to Milan

We also had a problem with the accommodation provider, who had lost our villa booking and had failed to leave our key in the designated mailbox, however Sylvie waited and helped us with translations to sort out the problem. We were all very impressed by the level of service that Sylvie provided, as she waited with us for nearly an hour to ensure that we were ok. Thank you Sylvie.

    Very easy website. Office phone contact very useful, and staff very helpful, as we had to change our pick up time and location

    Perhaps not uncommon in Italy, but we were slightly terrified by the driver speeding through the tunnels and then on the motorway - we estimated he was travelling at about 180km / hr.
