It was difficult to find the customer service direct line number, nor did we receive the direct telephone number of the driver. The customer service representative was helpful, however, we still have not received the refund after our transfer was cancelled (2 working days have passed).
The driver never showed up or sent us a message of the delay. We called the local helpline for the local ride but were told that there is no transfer on their system between the airport and our destination we have booked. After contacting customer service, we were informed that the local transfer company no longer takes passengers on that route and were promised a full refund. Either way, we had to arrange another way and instead of a 1.5 hour easy ride, it took us 4.5 hours to get to our destination. Disappointed to say the least.
