Mr S from United StatesOur driver, Luis, made the initial contact before we got on our plane to Porto from Barcelona. He was in constant contact prior to picking us up. He drove a very clean and modern vehicle with more than enough space for our two large suitcases, carry-ons, and backpacks. When making the reservation I accidentally put the wrong hotel name in the reservations. Little did I know there are more than one "Pestana" hotel in the Porto area. After discovering this, he quickly returned to the drop-off point, loaded our things again, and delivered us to the correct property. He even provided an impromptu tour of the area as we made our way through Porto to our Hotel.

Mr P from United KingdomI booked a return transfer from Porto airport to the hotel , driver was on time for both journeys and very friendly , we had a Mercedes AMG for our transfer and the driver had bottles of water for us even though it was only a 20 minture journey , the price of £30 for the return was excellent value

We were also picked up from the hotel to go back to the airport by Ricardo - again, he sent detailed updates to let us know where he was and what time he would get to us.
Ricardo was really friendly, reliable and a good driver - I'd happily recommend him to anyone.
