Very pleased with service. Our plane was delayed by four hours but transport was waiting for us on arrival which was a relief. comfortable transport both ways. We were sent a text to our mobile phone the day before we were due to leave notifying us of time and place of pick up. We will use the company in future.

Fast and efficient. I specified a Central Hotel in Porto Colom where you we were collected before but had to walk to the other side of the town to an apartment complex JS Es Corso which would have been ok if you were collecting othere but I was the only passenger picked up!
Could you use a more central location or the location requested if I'm the only pickup?

Mr N from United KingdomI had put in a marina address to be picked up from but this was not on your list. however i received a text telling me that pick up would be at a hotel very nearby and if that was ok, i did not need to do anything. Great idea. Might be worthwhile stressing on booking form online that customers need to pick a hotel in a place rather than a marina for example (i had been on a sailing trip).
