My wife and I used Shuttle Direct last week for return transfers from Rome Ciampino airport to our hotel in Rome and the service was excellent. The driver was waiting inside the airport holding up a sign with our name on it along with 4 others. The bus dropped us all at the doors of our hotels so no need to walk from a central dropping point. For the return we contacted them the day before departure to arrange a time for collection from our hotel. The driver arrived on time and 30 minutes later we were at the airport. No problems, no fuss. Just a first class service and would definitely use again.

Everything was to our satiscation. Nice new cars and presentable drivers, and on time. I also liked the confirmation text message we received from the local company with phone number and name for the driver.
We will use this service again and recommend it to friends.

Our plane came in over 30 minutes late but our driver was waiting for us and we were picked up as soon as we came through security. Driver was courteous even though he did not say much. Very efficient service.

Easily found the courier and only a short wait for all the passengers. The driver was apologetic that he couldn't get closer to the hotel on arrival because of a parked car however the distance was minimal. On departure the coach was punctual and in spite of a high level of road congestion we arrived at the airport in good time.
