Mr M from United KingdomExcellent first transfer, professional driver in an air con vehicle. Shuttle direct are very good unfortunately they use 3rd party companies so it can be hit or miss on the quality of vehicle and service.
The return transfer was not so good, picked up when it was still very hot, no air con, quite uncomfortable.

We were amazed that both drivers couldn't find our destination or pick up especially as we had to give a full address on our initial booking. This should not be too difficult with current technology and 'Google maps'

On landing we had to wait 45 mins for the taxi and the driver was rude and didn't know where our apartment was - not ideal with a child at 1am however return driver was fantastic.

Prodotto : Al ritorno dopo 4 telefonate e 40 minuti di attesa nonostante mi dicessero che sarebbe arrivato a minuti ho preso un pullman prima di perdere l'aereo.
