Ms J from United KingdomI had trouble accessing the booking voucher - both PDF and on website due to errors. As a result I could not print the voucher. Luckily I did not need this on the end but it caused unnecessary stress and in convince trying to sort it.
The service was good when it arrived. However on transfer from airport the service did not show and we had to call to get picked up. The service to the airport was also good the only confusion was we were to pick up was 6:15 and then when we rang at 6:25 were to it was at 6:45.

Nur sollte man aufpassen wenn man über einen Unlandsflug nach Dalaman kommt wir sind von Istanbul nach Dalaman geflogen und sind somit nicht auf dem Interbationalen Flughafen gelandet sponsern auf dem nebenan. Der Fahrer wartete jedoch am anderen Flughafen. Wir haben es gottseidank von einem freundlichen Taxifahrer erfahren der uns dann für 5€ zum anderen Flughafen fuhr. Bei der Rückreise gar aber alles super geklappt. Der Fahrer stand pünktlich vor dem Hotel.

When we arrived at dalaman there was no person standing with our name and we spent at least 20 mins trying to find someone! We eventuallyt got shown to a desk and they had our name and from there the transfer was fine! I think you need to explain that you should go to a certain desk!
