Wäre nett gewesen, uns davon zu unterrichten bzw. uns am korrekten Terminal abzusetzen, so dass wir nicht mit unserem sehr umfangreichen Gepäck zu Fuß den anderen Terminal erreichen müssen.

Transfer from hotel was delayed by 25 mins. The driver didn't arrive on time shown on the booking. Called them from the hotel and was told that they will come in 15-20 mins. Whats the point to have a set time on booking, if the driver arrives in time they prefer? At least could have let us know so that we don't have to sit at the reception for half an hour waiting.

I've sent à mail at 6 AM to inform your company about this issue and that the transfer from Bodrum airport to Torba Voyage resort must be changed to the following flight Istanbul Torba.
During my stop over at Istanbul I've called the company to ne shure that they've got the message what was not the case and that it was to late to cancel the transfer and that iHad to make a new one, what I did.
I've sent You à mail last sunday asking you to help me for the repay of this first canceld booking and until now I haven't got any answer.

No sign with my name at Bodrum airport entrance, I had to search out the representative. Car and driver turned up, very helpful driver, he bought me a beer (Efes) on the way into Bodrum, since I was gasping and had no Turkish lira. He disappeared before I could repay him. You would not find this sort of decency and helpfulness anywhere else.

Transfer from airport to torba bodrum very good even though driver had to be given directions to the resort,
Confirmation tel no given on return transfer paperwork was not the number to ring was given three different tel numbers one being a tel no in Spain even though we were in Turkey.Waited 40mins after time given for pick up. All in all for what we paid for transfers not too unhappy.

Ms A from United KingdomActually I was not exactly happy. The driver damaged my suitcase handle. All the rest was ok. We were met at the airport, and were accompanied to a vehicle. I was suprise though why it was a bus, as I clearly stated i needed a can and payed for a car.

Waited a long time with nobody letting us know what was happening. The vehicle was fine however and we were taken to our hotel easy enough once we got going.
