I rang the taxi firm and they said they didn't have a booking. They quickly sent a taxi so we got to the train station on time and they accepted your voucher.

Es war sehr schwierig, überhaupt jemanden bei der Firma zu erreichen und dann musste ich auch noch den vollen Preis dafür zahlen, obwohl ich es nicht stornieren, sondern nur ändern wollte.
