Wir werden die Dienstleistung von Shuttle Direkt wieder nutzen.
Hin- und Rückfahrt wurden präzise abgewickelt.
Bei der Hinfahrt mit "Namensschild" im Flughafen gewartet, daher "unsere" Fahrerin sofort erkannt.
Bei der Rückfahrt frühzeitig beim Hotel erschienen.Verkehrsregeln und Tempolimiten wurden jederzeit eingehalten.
Insgesamt zu empfehlen.

Perfect customer service when we called, but driver didn't know where to pick us up and told us we were at the wrong place, even though we were standing at the right place according to the map we had recieved and according to customer service.

Mr D from United KingdomUpon arrival at Palma, the driver was waiting for us. He took our trolley loaded with cases and took us to our private transfer for 8 (4 X Adults and 4 X Kids). The driver then loaded all of our bags onto the minibus.
The outgoing minibus had some issues with the seatbelts sticking on a couple of the seats, but we managed to get it all sorted.
Because it's a private transfer, we didn't have any delays in getting to our own hotel in Alcudia, we just went direct. Ideal if you have been travelling all day with kids (traveling from Glasgow to Majorca via Manchester)
On the final day, transport was scheduled to pick us up at 7:44am. Sure enough, it arrived more or less on time.
Again, as it's a private transfer we loaded the cases etc into the transport and headed straight for the airport while other people were waiting outside the hotel waiting in their shared shuttle.
Again, the driver took the cases and loaded them all on before we set off.
All in all, a great experience and I will be booking again should I return to Majorca in the future.
