Your booking confirmation said you would pick up at 3:37pm but he did not arrive until 4:15 pm but he did phone hotel reception and told them he was going to be late. We arrived at the airport with plenty of time to spare so it was not a problem per se - it just made us nervous while we were waiting at the hotel.
