We were met at the airport on arrival and driver arrived very promptly the day of our departure. The childseats we requested were in place.

The vehicles are in good condition and the drivers are courteous and punctual. However, one negative aspect is on both occasions the drivers drove a little too fast for my liking, but had I been more concerned I would have asked them to slow down.
Was met on time, by courteous driver, who was smartly dressed and helpful. The vehicle was clean and in good condition. This is the second time we have used Shuttle Direct, and would highly recommend. One negative point was the driver drove a bit too fast on the motorway.

Great service waiting for us at the airport with name card. Helped us with the luggage and then on our return picked us up direct from our hotel and was 10 minutes early.
