Sr M from SpainEn el traslado de ida, no estaba el conductor cuando salimos sino que tuvimos que llamar porque no lo encontrábamos. Conduce muy bien pero dimos un montón de vueltas y tardamos casi dos horas en llegar al hotel.
En el traslado de vuelta del hotel al aeropuerto, bastante bien, tardamos muchísimo menos y también conducía bastante bien.

Producto : Sabiendo donde estabamos alojados podria haber entrado el chofer a la recepcion del hotel ya que se limito a quedarse dentro del vehiculo.Al no tener ninguna publicidad si no le hubiese yo preguntado a lo mejor nos hubiese quedado todavia esperando.

E from GermanyDer Fahrer stand nicht wie beschrieben mit einem Namensschild vor dem Ausgang, sondern dirigierte uns telefonisch und in schwer verständlichem Englisch im strömenden Regen zu einem Parkplatz vor dem Terminal. Es dauerte ca. 30 Minuten und wir schleppten unsere Koffer durch den Regen, bis wir ihn endlich gefunden hatten. Dann musste er unterwegs auch noch tanken, war also ziemlich schlecht auf diese Fahrt vorbereitet.
Der Fahrer stand nicht wie beschrieben mit einem Namensschild vor dem Ausgang, sondern dirigierte uns per Telefon in schwer verständlichem Englisch im strömenden Regen zu seinem Auto. Wir schleppten die Koffer vor dem Terminal im Regen und per Telefonanweisung hin und her, bis wir ihn fanden. Dann musste der Fahrer auch noch eine Tankstelle anfahren, er hatte nicht genug Benzin im Tank, um uns zum vereinbarten Ziel zu bringen.

The trip took almost 1,5 hrs which made us late to our flight. The departure time from London should have been earlier or a better route planned. We ended up having to run through the airport to catch out flight.
