The driver Carlo was very friendly and patient. There was a delay with baggage on the carousel at Campiano airport after the flight arrival however Carlo was happy to wait.
He directed us to his car, took our luggage and opened the doors to the car. He was very professional. Also the car journey was very comfortable and we were able to see many of the breathtaking sights of Rome. We would highly recommend this shuttle service.
