Eventually we spotted a couple of other SD drivers but not ours. Not to worry. Almost immediately we were approached by a SD agent. She sorted a new vehicle immediately and we were on our way. She also insisted on pushing our luggage trolley so that I could enjoy my nicotine hit. Thanks to the driver's skill and fast reactions, we avoided a nasty accident on the motorway when a total clown cut us up at speed, swerving across our vehicle from the outside lane to a junction exit with about 3 ms to spare. Based on this experience, I would recommend Shuttle Direct.
