They confirmed the booking very quickly and provided the name of the company doing the transfer and their local contact details. I had made an error in entering my flight details and they noticed and emailed to check the details and ensure the time for collection was correct. I was very impressed.
The pick up from Dohar airport was a little frustrating. The transfer company contact had many people to collect and had a long list of names displayed. We had to wait a while until a driver was organised. This was annoying as we had just done a 15 hour flight and wanted to get to our hotel. The contact then put us in a car and sent us to our hotel with the wrong paperwork. A short while after we had arrived at the hotel and had gone to bed, I received a call from the trasnfer company asking where I was as they were still waiting for me at the airport. A quick conversation had this confusion sorted.
The return trip was much better. It was an early moring pick up and the driver was at our hotel before the required time so we could go as soon as we checked out. For both trips, the cars were clean and comfortable.
