I contacted to explain we were a family of 8 arriving from the UK to Paphos Airport and needed transport to Protaras with a return journey 2 weeks later. Communication was via email and all details were provided from the outset including where to meet the driver on arrival. Contact was made prior to our return to confirm details and keep us informed of timings. Both drivers were friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable. It was an excellent start and finish to out holiday and I would definitely use again.

On our arrival in Paphos we were met within the terminal exactly as per the instructions. We went outside and within 5 minutes (or less) our transport for 6 arrived. The transfer to the hotel was quick, efficient and safe.
Our return journey was equally as good, with our driver arriving early and ensuring us there was no rush as he found us in reception. Once more the transfer went well and we were dropped at the airport with plenty of time to spare.
As always the service was exactly as advertised and explained on the voucher. The companies Shuttledirect use regardless of country have all (in our experience) been professional and timely.
