As we came through into Wroclaw Airport Arrivals, a young lady was waiting for our group and holding up a card with my name on it. Within no more than three or four minutes later we were in a very clean minibus being taken to our hotel.
The lady was very pleasant and gave us lots of information about the town and pointed out items of interest that we passed.
We will certainly use Shuttle Direct again.

the service from shuttldirect was excellent. the driver was waiting to pick us up at arrival area and he was very friendly and informative, he took us for a short tour of the city before dropping us off at our hotel..we appreciated this very much..the driver was on very good time to pick us up again to leave us back at airport and again gave us a short tour before dropping us at airport..
