On arrival he was waiting for us with a printed sign, was polite and friendly, showed us where the cashpoint was and drove us to our hotel safely. Returning, he was at our hotel earlier, took us to another entrance at the airport to avoid the queues and practically saw us to check in. The car was clean and comfortable. I would highly recommend, just be aware that there is no follow up confirmation email in the week before your booking, once your booked with your voucher, that’s it.

For my return joirney I emailed shuttle direct to request an earlier pick up time and they replied the next day with an earlier time and amended vouchers. The driver arrived early and got me to the airport in plenty of time. Again a polite and courteous driver.
This was my first booking with shuttle direct, who I needed to book to get my mums mobility scooter picked up with is. They were a very reasonable price and I would definitively recommend them and will book with them again.
